My collage "The Original Desperate Housewife" received an Honorable Mention.

The collages "Morphosis" and "The Green Resort" are awarded "Noteworthy".

"Both jurors for this show were surprised what artists submitted for Creative Inspiration because of the variety of genre, techniques and media that represent an artist’s creative motivation. We discussed motivation on each piece submitted as the show was juried. There were no common threads or clusters of expression but rather the submissions indicated that creative motivation can come from any source. The top winners speak for themselves in their artist statements. As one reads through the following notes keep in mind it was written before hearing from the artists about their work.
The Honorable Mention selectees reflect more of the judges bias’ about materials and content as well as composition. The juror’s will let the viewers wonder about why the pieces were selected.
